1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules, obligations, and responsibilities that apply to all users and clients ("you", "your") of Serene Clean London ("we", "our", "us"). By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided We provide residential and commercial cleaning services within London, Ontario, and surrounding areas. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, and customized cleaning solutions. All services depend on availability, scheduling, and suitability of the location.

 

3. Service Limitations We reserve the right to refuse services under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:- Hazardous or unsafe environments- Aggressive pets- Pest infestations- Mold or biohazard-related cleaning beyond our scope

 

4. Booking and Scheduling All bookings require accurate information regarding the property size, cleaning requirements, and access instructions. Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us. We may adjust scheduling when necessary due to weather, emergencies, or staff availability.

 

5. Pricing and Payment Pricing is provided before service. Final costs may be adjusted if the actual workload exceeds initial descriptions. Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, or other methods agreed upon in advance. Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

6. Late Payments Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees. Continued non-payment may result in refusal of future services or account referral to collections.

 

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no shows. Excessive cancellations may result in declined future bookings.

 

8. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure safe access to the property, including providing keys, door codes, or instructions. You must secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items. We are not responsible for damage to pre existing fragile or unsecured items.

 

9. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a re clean of the affected areas at no additional cost. The guarantee does not apply if areas were used between service completion and the report of the issue.

 

10. Damage, Breakage, and Liability We take reasonable care while performing services. However:- We are not liable for items already damaged, unstable, or improperly secured.- Minor wear such as light surface scratches may occur with regular cleaning.- You must report any damage within 24 hours of service for review. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

11. Health and Safety Our staff follow safety protocols, including use of gloves and safe handling of cleaning products. We reserve the right to stop or alter service if unsafe conditions arise.

 

12. Pets Pets must be secured during cleaning. We are not responsible for pets escaping or becoming stressed unless negligence is proven.

 

13. Supplies and Equipment We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you request specific products, you must supply them and ensure they are safe for use.

 

14. Privacy and Confidentiality We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your personal information, property details, and service history. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

 

15. Termination of Services We may terminate services at any time due to unsafe conditions, harassment, non-payment, or policy violations.

 

16. Changes to Terms We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect immediately upon posting or distribution.

 

17. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved within Ontario jurisdiction.
